Exactly..and some people can then only live in that type of environment. They are released...and re-offend JUST to get back into that situation.

When you can convince me that no one has ever been wrongfully executed on death row then you can convince me that the death penalty is something I should support. The problem with the death penalty is that the government thinks it should have the right to execute you whether you are guilty or not.

if you kill someone you should be put to death. There has to be stipulations, of course, which should all be entirely up to me!
