I can't say that I like running, sometimes I do...but more often than not I hate it. Usually do 3 miles, sometimes 5. Good shoes make a huge difference. Prefer at least 3 days a week, when I'm feeling well rested I'll do it up to 5 times in a week.
I mix in mountain biking to keep my cardio and mental state fresh and calisthenics for strength training.
My knees aren't the best otherwise I would include soccer cuz you get to run and not think about running.
