Default unstable front end 04 zx10r

Just bought a used 04 ZX10R. Front end felt like hard bouncy rough and shaky. Figured it was a bad suspension setup and the ridiculous front tire/balance.

Nope. New M3s and several attempts to adjust suspension has yielded no change. Could be flat spot on wheel, bent rotor? I'm desperate to get this bike riding and handling right.

If the front wheel had a flat spot they should have caught that during the mounting and balancing. Good question though.

How did you set up the suspension? Guess and check?

You might want to make sure your steering bearings are tight.
