used workout equipment

i am looking for some used dumbells and an adjustable workout bench. besides play-it-again and craigslist, any suggestions?

yea. before i moved here from seattle, i had a gym membership. i didnt have a contract then and i want to keep it that way. contracts offer no benefit to the consumer. contracts =

$12 month to month membership FTW! Join the gym before they open and lock down the rate. Not sure what they are charging now, but check them out at Cary Parkway and High House, next to Lowes Food.

To stay on topic, also consider Kettlebells. Very effective at developing your strength and cardio at the same time.
