Default HEL SS lines - Self Install?

My HEL Black stainless steel lines arrived today - i was thinking of doing a self install - anyone had much experience with this - or should i drop it in to a shop

It's really not that bad. You might want to get a pair of these http://www.speedbleeder.com. They make bleeding the system so easy.

I'll be back Monday night! If my flight is on time that is.

I can vouch for speedbleeders... I had them on my all my brakes and my clutch on the Mille. Cut brake bleeding time by about 50-60%

I wouldn't rely on just the vacuum pump to completely bleed them. The vacuum pump is good for getting the fluid thru the dry lines and to bleed mass amounts of fluid through.

Once you get to the point where you have the fluid pumped through the system, I would recommend bleeding them by-hand to get rid of all the remaining air bubbles.
