Seriously, I have yet to find anyone that says they make "enough" money. With pay increases I know that I save some but usually spend more. I don't see how some people do it (kids, cars, hobbies, etc). Luckily I am teriffied of debt.

that's why i have a 1997 liter bike that has 30,000 miles and leaks oils...but it still hauls like a horse with its ass on fire. I like holly springs but need to live near the apex part of holly springs, pretty much near 55 and rt 1/64

Try Hollands Crossing and others off of Olive Chapel Rd. Area is between 64 and 1 a mile or two west of 55. I sent you a PM.

Id rather buy a cheaper house with a high rate then vice versa, you can always refinance when the rates go down
