Default Good place to buy a bike in NC?
Im stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro NC and im looking for a good place to go and buy a bike. I dont mind traveling a lil bit but i dont wanna go to far. Im lookin like friendly people... good service... good gear to choose from... all tht good stuff. Any help?

Sanford Honda/Suzuki is pretty decent.

Sal works at Matison in North Raleigh, but I don't have any first hand experience with them.

If you're willing to goto Raleigh, I recommend Kawasaki/Suzuki of Durham. They were very friendly and got my bike prepped in a reasonable amount of time.

If you want Suzuki or Honda, Currie Chainsaw in Lumberton, NC has the lowest prices in the state.

they don't have the best prices, but they will prolly have what you want. Thats how they got me. Nice people though, and of course now that Sal works there even more of a reason to buy there.

You want a good price on a bike, go shop in Lumberton or Aberdeen. I bought mine in Aberdeen and I walked out the door with a very good deal.
