Default What kind of MPG are you getting on your 250?
What kind of gas mileage are you folks getting on your 250's and what kind of riding are you doing.

I keep hearing people talk about these bikes getting 70mpg, but I am only getting 50 . Are the people getting 70 spending all their time cruising on country roads? I do 90% city stop and go traffic riding.

if i stay away from stop and go i can get around 60.

always right around 65 for me didnt really go on highway much though

You know it's actually something I never really bothered with cheching to be honest. It gets such good gas mileage it really doesn't worry me

My last 2 fill ups were at about 55mpg. This was with "spirited" riding.
