i should rent out a share in my parking spot it's not covered though, but it does have a gate that closes and locks.

I was thinking more of like businesses, like a heated warehouse or something.

Its a motorcycle, not your GF.

If youre interested, I got a guy that might be renting space in a secure warehouse if you are interested.

Default I have kept all my bikes on the street

My bikes have been on the street for years. Not sure why people spend money on storage or put the bikes away when we start to get leather friendly weather.

this is my first winter, I'm from Miami, so I'm not sure how to go about it. All I've heard is "store your bike", I do wonder if I can just leave it outside and save myself the money. Can anything happen to the bike if I leave it outside on the sidewalk with a cover on?

Yea, it gets stolen.

You might also want to ask your landlord if you can keep the bike on the sidewalk.

Some people like to keep their bikes in mint condition, showroom new. You cant do that by leaving it outside year round.
