Im 17, I just passed my MSF course, I have been driving since I was 15 1/2, no crashes, no tickets (besides parking) do you think I would be raped with a sv650 or ninja 500? Or should I get something smaller?

I depends on too many things to say. The only way you're going to find out is to call around and get a bunch of quotes. You would be better served starting on the 500 than on the SV.

Right on Nig.....all you guys wondering...just CALL up an insurance agent, they will tell you. It's not some big secret were hiding.....just call them and get specific quotes for YOU.

WRX....my theory is EVERYONE should start on a 250.....everyone, regardless of age, weight etc....
