I usually only "tuck" to rest myself after riding for a while. I will also do it if I am cold, i'm driving about 65 mph in the rain, in hail (i've already had to do that once....OUCH!!), and passing 140 mph (don't do that much).

when i'm cruising at 120mph+
if i'm stuck behind something that is kicking up lots of debris.
when i get tired, or cold.
i would feel stupid for doing it just to do it.

i think he is just angry at everything ...his statements make no sense, my post about starting big and this about me tucking over 100 have nothing to do with one another, hes prob just another person who isnt ever gonna have anything helpfull to say
and he has a 04 gs500 which tells me he PROBABLY hasnt been riding any longer than me...so how he knows what is best for me i have no idea
