cant find a bike anywhere?

i have been looking and looking, newspaper, cycletrader, craigslist, ect.. i cant find a bike for me..

i wana start with something small but good looking and in good shape.. i only want to spend about a grand on the bike alone being that its my first bike and i deffenitly plan to upgrade next season.

i live in Brighton, MI. anyone know where i could look for a bike. or anyone around the area selling one?

I think for your price range of a thousand dollars you are going to have a hard time finding anything.

How far out of state are you looking?

It is a good range but it is spring and bikes are like candy right now. Anything low priced that runs is going to vanish in moments. Anything that low is going to go twice as fast. You may need to up your price. Remember, bikes have resale value that can be applied to the purchase of a new motorcycle, especially starter bikes.

You may have to come down a bit in your looks department. Many of us did with our first machine. It will only be for a year or so and you can't see it for riding it

If you are only willing to spend $1000 I'd wait until the fall months to make a purchase.

Man I'm in the same boat. Looking for a new bike for the summer. Looking to spend 2500$ and I can't find anything around here :/

This time of year you have to check for new listings at least once per day and be ready to buy the same day.

Super600 you need to up your budget to $2000 then you'll find stuff. And Iceman I don't know what your talking about, there's tons of shit for sale in montreal. And if not drive 5 hours west to toronto. There's dozens of bikes for sale for under $3000. I got my bike certified out of a showroom for $2250
