1000 Miles later...
So, my Tripometer reads 999.3 (set after my first fillup), and I'm stuck here at work.
After a thousand miles though, I think i've progressed soooo much. I've said it before.. to me IMHO, riding a sport bike is a LOT like riding a flatland freestyle bike (Dyno Compe, Hoffman EP). I mean the control is outstanding, I kinda wanna do a tailwhip while riding down the highway.
Either way, I'm glad I came to this site and went with a Ninja 500, I just can't wait to get that CBR600RR I've been wanting for.. I dunno, 5 years.
I learned some valuble information on here before I ever purchased a bike. Like to watch out for people turning in front of me left or right. I read about highway riding, which made it easy for me to jump on, on my 3rd day of riding.
The one thing I must say happens often, is I'll be right next to someone at a stoplight, the light will turn green, and then they FUCKING PULL INTO MY LANE. Oh my god, this shit pisses me off, seriously, I am glad i'm not a CCW permit holder.
Anyways, thanks for the good advice, most of ya... the pictures of hot women, and help with my bike. I can't wait to continue riding for years to come.
