13? Unless I'm off you still have 3 years to go. But, to stay on topic. Kawasaki Ninja 250. Just look up the 08 models.

Before you do anything, take the MSF course!

I've heard good things about the Ninja 250s for starters. Plenty fast, inexpensive, and should be cheap to insure, and they're not that ugly anymore! Otherwise find a nice old used 400cc Honda or something on Craigslist to learn on.

At your age i would get a Dirt bike i know alot of people that started off with Dirt Bikes
