Well, I took the ST4 out for the first time today and WOW....I love it. Very smooth and manageable power from 3,500 up through 11,000. This is going to be a great bike to re-polish my skills with. I was worried that it would be over-powered for my riding level, but that's not the case at all. I put on about 120 miles today just taking it easy and doing the speed limit (for the most part) and the bike is very easy to handle. In my opinion it's very docile as long as you want it to be, but powerful enough to be a real danger to the undisciplined/inpatient rider. I'm convinced that buying this bike was the right decision, although some members of this forum will disagree.
