1985 Honda Nighthawk 450cc
Any opinions? I'm a n00b. Would this be too much bike to handle?

Great bike. I started on an '83 Honda Nighthawk 550, that bike was so much fun, I loved every minute of it. I'm beginning to wish I hadn't sold it, because I could throw it around in the turns, and a few of my friends are becoming interested in riding, and it'd be a great bike for them to learn on...
Good choice in my opinion!

I have the same exact model, except mine is Blue.. i've been riding it a couple of months. Very easy to learn on.. kind of heavy though. It looks ugly as hell in the pictures, but when the sun shines on the chrome, it looks nicer.. still ugly though and don't worry about going crazy fast on it.. it wont let you it'll keep you out of trouble.. it has for me!

Good to see a noobie rider not going for the shiniest thing on the showroom floor. Wanna know how not to be called a squid and a poser? Follow this person's example.

Cool. I have a friend that has a new Nighthawk 250. Great bike with great handling that is cheap and almost indestructable.

Right here
btw, great choice but kinda pricey w/ broken tach....get the price for a new one and deduct from asking..then offer that, I'd say about 900 tops!
