Default Aprilia?

I was thinking of getting an Aprilia 250RS. It has proven to be very rare in finding a used one. I wonder if it is a good bike for a beginner or not? From a glance at a few reviews it looks to be a healthy candidate for a beginner bike. I think that maybe one of the downsides they make it rare could be the kickstzart but that is only my speculation. Any thoughts on this? I am kinda confused about this bike. THanx.

not a good beginner bike, becuase:

1) they cost as much in street trim as a 600ss
2) not usually street legal, and if so see 1)
3) they are too fast and powerband is weird for a new rider
4) very rare

Costs MORE in street trim than a 600ss......to the tune of 10k.....if you can get one registered.

BTW, it's the one of a few 250's ONLY for experienced riders.
