Saturday night cancelations.

ROFL. I like that one.

I'm pretty safe from that one. I have to work untill 11:30 Saturday night, so that isn't much of a concern, and the GF has to work so I should be GTG on Sunday morning.

Great man, glad to hear your not gonna bail out! What happens to a lot of people is they get plastered sat night and then never wake up sunday morning. Look forward to meeting you though!

And in general, what time do you guys wanna be back around the meetspot area...3 or 4 or 5 or 6?

Post up if you wanna be back earlier or later, because whatever we choose is going to depend on the route I pick. The better route is going to take longer, and the shorter route is gonna be just as good just no PA.

I believe so, unless 'rickgsxr' shows up. I dont even know who that is. There should be a good variety though...RSV's, 2 R6's, CBR, a few Kawis, Speed Triple, F4.

It would be better for us to be back at 3. We may cut out a bit earlier than that so we don't miss my wife's son's whole football game. Oh wife has a Gixxer 750and I just got a 00 TLR 1000. Had to add to the variety

I cant promise getting back by 3 but with most wanting to be back earlier, then we will be doing the shorter route.

The only way we will make it back to the meetspot by 3 is if we leave the meetspot by 9 and make lunch a quick one..less than an hour I mean. I will try my best in getting back by 3, but it never fails that something always comes up and holds us up a little bit.

If we dont make it by 3, definitely should be back by 4.

I am fairly new to the area as well but want to join in. I am coming up from Philly so I was wondering what your route plan is. If you are going to be coming any further South I may meet up wherever that is. If not, I guess I just have to leave the house by 7am (

With all due respect, we ride a fast pace and if either of you are new riders or dont ride frequently, I would highly refrain from coming . Other group rides are a bit more mellow and relaxed, but I am not waiting up for anyone on this ride. That means dont come to ride over your head and keep up with us, you might get hurt and we dont want that.

Im not trying to be a dick in any way, even if it sounds like it. Im just saying this is a route for experienced riders and I have never met either of you so Im pointing all of this out beforehand.

I dont post the route up. We will be in northern Jersey and the southern most point we will be at is at the meetspot. Sorry.

With that out of the way, the ride is on.

Weather is looking perfect. From 9-noon the temps are gonna be in the 50's nad 60's so you might wanna put on an extra long sleeve shirt or something. From 12-3 itll be mid 70s.

Please wear your gear, bring some cash for breakfast/lunch/ice cream, and be ready to have fun.

See everyone bright and early. Remember, stands up at 9am firm.

Maybe my post was unclear, but I am new (2 years) to the Philly area (from Ohio originally) but am not new to riding (8ish years total, 6 on sportbikes). I definetely respect laying out the ground rules to weed out those who are new to riding but I ride "spirited" on a near weekly basis. Deals Gap trips, bi-yearly 2000+ mile adventures with coworkers, 1000+ mile 2-up trips, you get the picture. I assure you I will not ride outside of my limits or slow anyone down. About the only thing I have to watch out for is points so as long as the group doesnt plan on running 2x the posted limit through speed traps, I am sure I would have fun. I have ridden with pohlcat01 and the other Catti Shack riders in and around French Creek before if you need references haha. Full leathers and sane decisions are my M.O. so as long as that is kosher with you, I would like to meet you guys early tomorrow.
