Default List of MSF drills with descriptions/diagrams?

I'm looking to find... well, basically the range manual that RiderCoaches have -- I just got my first bike and I'd like to use some of the more advanced drills to hone my skills. Does anybody know where I can find this, preferably online... and without having to become a RiderCoach first? Thanks.

Starting on page 58. These are alternatives that are easy to set up and accomplish similar goals.

You can also get a bunch of tennis balls and cut them in half to use as cones.

Yeah, that was what my RiderCoaches recommended; I was looking to be shown how to set up the drills.

Thanks for the link

I am new to the world of sport bikes, in fact I do not even own one yet, but have been riding my sportster for oabout 7 years. During that time I have taken the BRC 4 times jsut to brush up. The tennis ball thing will work great as the "cones" they use are green and orange and only about 3 inches tall. As one of the skills they teach is to not look down and keep the eyes on the horizon these cones are kind of hard to see on a less than perfect surface. This is not such a bad thing as it forces you to perfect your ability to see them without looking down. The other option would be to buy a set of orange cones. I foud some at Wal-Mart that cost about 5 bucks for a pack of 5. They are about 8 or so inches tall, bright orange, and have slits all around them and squish down like they arent even there when run over.
