I know someone that just took it and when they came back and told me they passed, I was shocked. One week later, they dropped a bike hard. I knew they shouldn't of been granted a license.

if they passed the test, should they have been denied a license........you can only do so much.........

Its relatively easy to pass a test and/or get a license. Look how many people have auto licenses and have wrecks.
