Actually, I'd like to see the Twilight Zone get revived. The original show, mostly written by Rod Serling, was a great vehicle for social and political commentary and was truly ahead of its time. Serling often had to rewrite his scripts because of censorship due to the prevailing political and social mores of the time yet still managed to be quite pointed often times.

also, the incredible hulk, pensacola wings of gold (PWOG), chips was a good show, i'd like to see it revived. i'm sure there are a few others that i can't think of right now.
