i dug it. it left a lot of room for the imagination so i thought that was a step in the right direction. it's a movie that made me constantly think about when and where the baddies were gonna emerge so i thought it was pretty nicely done.

IMO, one of the worse movies ever.

i couldn't finish cloverfield ... the way it was filmed was nauseating. i made it to about the 35 minute mark before having to stop watching it.

+1 Million. The filming style didn't bother me, but the complete lack of substance got on my nerves. It was pretty short for a feature film, and I think I'd have been pissed if I actually paid to watch it.

i thought it was interesting because it was a monster destruction movie that didnt really focus on the monster rather what was happening at the ground level of things.

Wasn't that basically a rip-off of the Blair Witch movie -shaky handheld camcorder idea?

Nothing I want to see. I know several folks that were looking forward to Cloverfield and all said it blew ass. Another example of the hype getting more attention than the movie itself.

Who saw I Know Who Killed Me? I thought I was the only one that was forced to watch it- the wife sold me on Lohan as a stripper. Never even a boob shot- so fuck you, get another actress that has talent, AND will show her tits.
Really- not to sound like that is what drives my like or dislike of a movie. But if you're going to make a character a fucking stripper- then take your goddamn clothes off. I've been to alot of strip joints and I never saw anyone dance with clothes on.

As for the premise- well that is just sad. The whole idea was so bad that no one cared they casted a talentless hack like Lohan to be in it.....

I really liked Cloverfield. I thought some of it was a little predictable, like the attack in the subway. And some jackhole ruined the ending for me. Other than that, it was good. As for that Lohan POS. I'm not touching that one. I saw a little bit of the stripper scene online, but that's as far as I'll go for that one.

x2

the one scene that really flushed it down the toilet for me is when the Statue of Liberty's head flys down the street. It was completely fake & undersized.

Also it some how reminded me of Resistance for the ps3
