oh and the sounds. they are very close to actual sounds... race ducatis sound like race ducati's and so on. Granite it doesn't sound EXACTLY like it but they did put a conscience effort in to making every bike having its own sound.

they were even detailed enough to use real tire tread patterns. The suzuki's have the Bt014 battleaxes and the hondas have the tires that they come with (can't think of the brand)

Have you guys seen this game that coming out for PS2? Its from the makers of Gran Turismo. The graphics dont seem that excellent and rider/bike movement seems way off, but if the tuning aspect is the same as the GT games then it should be a fawkin blast. lol yes its been reposted many many times... I just decided watched the vids for hte first time though. Man whoever was at hte controls really sucked. Im actually looking at ebgames.com to see how much a ps2 goes for now days...

Blah 150for system+game+onlinehardware+memorycard+xtra controller(for bro) = fack that! Xbox is keeping me happy until I pickup the 360.

im looking at ebay figuring I could find new for 130 shipped.. but damn most of em are buy it now total at 175+..
Later this year when ps3 releases you'll be able to get a ps2 for $99.
Looks like im not going to make the leap to get one. Looks like a cool game though. Only thing playstation has that brings my attention to em is the Gran Tourismo games. Their great and xbox doesn't have a game on the same level for driving simulation.

Have you played Forza Motorsport? That game kicks GT4 right in the ass. GT4 bored me to death, now exatcly what I expected after waiting for 4 years.

I just went and bought Tourist Trophy for the PS2 and will be playing it later tonight since its a nice sunny day here. Anyone else have it? And I heard it isn't online which kinda pisses me off.... but I am not sure of this

Sorry I was busy riding and just got home to play the game a little while. Its an awesome game if you liked the GT titles and if your not looking for total perfection. I will say that the game is not perfect on how motorcycles work but I must admit its pretty damn close and is very fun. Has a pretty good selection of bikes and the sounds are right on. Gamespot gave it a 8.2. Meh...with only 4 bikes a race, sounds pretty boring, really. I think I'll pass...mainly cause I don't want to wipe the dust off my PS2. Maybe next year! Whenever the PS3 comes out next year, maybe they'll have a full field like they're doing in GT5.

...ya after playing for an hour the 4 bikes a race is kinda gayed but I understand why they did it. It would be impossible to pass people if there was 20+ bikes since they haven't added a stopped start to it
