Whats the WORST Movie You Have Seen Recently?
For me it has to be Wolf Creek. Easily the most disgusting fucked up movie I think I have seen.
Siskel and Ebert gave it a zero and slammed it in the review as being the worst movie he has seen!
I couldn't even watch the entire thing. Thats how messed up it was. If you want a movie that will make you sick this is it.
A whole 2 hours of senseless torturing of young girls out in the middle of Austrailias outback by a real sicko. He cuts parts of them off while there tied to a wall. Just nasty sick shit.
Wolf Creek was the DUMBEST movie I have EVER seen. Tell me why the first hour is just them driving and partying? LOL I feel ur pain the sad thing is I had to sit through it because my friends are dumb and never know when to walk out of a bad movie
Holy shit. That's pretty messed up. But for me- Starship Troopers 2. I couldnt even sit through the whole thing. I quit after about 10 minutes. And this is coming from a guy who has Double Team in his top ten movies. (yes, the one with Dennis Rodman and Jean Claude Van Damme)
House of the dead. Easily the worst movie I have ever seen. The director, Uwe Boll, just keeps cranking out shit movies and people keep financing them.
Here are his achievements: House of the Dead, Bloodrayne, Alone in the dark and more video game adaptations to come..
Here are a few lines from reviews of Uwe Boll's movies:
# "Uwe Boll has quickly garnered a reputation among film geeks as the lousiest filmmaker working today and perhaps in the entire history of the art form–how many others can you think of who are not only regularly compared to Ed Wood but find themselves on the losing end of such comparisons."
- Peter Sobczynski, efilmcritic.com
# "Some might be tempted to call Boll a visionary director for his liberal use of continuity, scene order and basic common sense. But I would rather chalk it up to him being an idiot."
- Kevin Carr, (7)M Pictures
# "Boll, to put it mildly, doesn't know how to make films. And when I say that, I don't mean in a subjective, debatable way where the vagaries of opinion can be argued and discussed. I mean it's a quantifiable fact."
- Rob Vaux, Flipside Movie Emporium
# "Boll is the best at what he does, and what he does is make truly terrible films."
- Elizabeth Weitzman, New York Daily News
# "Saying one of his films is better than the other is like saying that getting punched in the kidneys isn't as bad as getting kicked in the balls. Both still hurt and you don't want either."
- Stefan Halley, Hero Realm
# "I'm not sure what Boll sees when he looks through the director's lens while filming each of his pictures, but I'm certain it's mething different than what the rest of us see."
- Marjorie Baumgarten, The Austin Chronicle
# "I don't think a German's gotten this many bad notices since Hitler."
- Chuck O'Leary, Fantastica Daily
# "There's no doubt that Boll has morphed into the millennium version of misfit movie maven Ed Wood."
- Frank Ochieng, Movie Eye
# "[...] Uwe Boll's indisputable reign as the worst filmmaker on the planet" - Nick Schager, Slant Magazine
# "A director so incompetent that the very job title of director seems too praiseworthy for what he does with a script, his actors and the camera"
- Dustin Putman, themovieboy.com
# "I personally like to use Uwe Boll films – an equally cold mush of celluloid that only serves to increase ones appreciation of other films by showing just how bad a motion picture can be."
- Rafe Telsch, Cinema Blend
# "Uwe Boll is such a bad director that it must be intentional."
- Peter Hartlaub, sfgate.com
# "He gives “complete artistic bankruptcy” an all-new meaning."
- Brian Orndorf, efilmcritic.com
# "This is a filmmaker, and I use that noun lightly, who seems to revel in the ineptitude of his movies, as if it's a badge of honor to be dismissed as 'the world's worst working director, period.'"
- Scott Weinberg, efilmcritic.com
It was a rented movie. My roommate rented it, it was called "Monsturd". It was the worst movie i have ever seen. I am just glad i didn't pay to rent it.
