The titanium cush drive pins feature full titanium construction CNC machined to a flawless finish. Common with titanium blind broaching (cutting the allen key) chips form in the bottom of the bolt causing imperfections, we specifically designed a special tool to back bore the broach in order to prevent chip imperfections leaving a beautiful functional finish. The pin also features a safety wire provision and locating shoulder for the hub cover. Pin size is M10 x 1.25
This proprietary urethane compound is used in several motorcycle applications and has been extensively tested and now offered as a long lasting replacement for many aftermarket wheel applications. We have seen the performance of these cush drives last nearly 5 times the life of OEM.
The outer cush drive aluminum sleeve features a retaining lip to prevent the cush drive assembly from backing out into the swingarm should the urethane come apart. The sleeve has also been hard anodized for a long lasting performance and finish.
