Very nice setup.
This may be a dumb question as Ive just started learning more about supermotos, but are the F3 wheels and brakes a direct bolt on for the XR's, or what all is involved? I see youve got a homemade caliper bracket on the front.

Nice! It looks ready to plate. Are you able to plate off road bikes in your state?
That bike is hooligan city on the street!

Nice!!! I'm surprised to see that the F3 rims were damn near a direct fit.

Thanks guys
No F3 rims are not even close to a direct fit. For the rear: Spacers need to be made, the cush drive needs to be machined down, new bearings added that sit in a machined cup, brake rotor side needs to be machined down, and sprocket holes retapped to accept low profile bolts. For the front, axle adapters and spacers need to be made, a plate to adapt the rotor to the F3 bolt pattern, and a caliper adapter. It's a lot of work but turned out great.
Yep, it's street titled and I have been riding it around a lot! Totally different kind of fun compared to my 600rr. Can have a blast at low speeds (heck it tops out at 100mph)

ya i was also suprised to see you use the f3 wheels. most people go with an aftermarket excel wheel or somthing like that what made you go with those wheels ? it does look sick though

Couple reasons:
not very common
thought they looked kinda cool
far cheaper ($200-300 for the rims, excels are about $1000) - did all the machining myself = free
pride of doing the modification yourself
no tubes

Man that looks schweet. I've got a 2000 650 and looked at East Coast Wheels to do the mod, or more accurately to get the parts to do the mod myself. I can't cough up the 2 grand to do it though. Ya oughtta consider going into business selling the modded F3 rims to SM folks.
