You be extra careful now! Thats exactly what you dont wanna do is re-injure yourself then it will never heal right and you will always have problems

Best to let it do its thing and not take any chances unless you have really good control of the squid inside.... I dont unfortunatly whenever I get on a bike I lose it and go nuts....
