CONGRATS!!!!

TT-R125 Motard stuff:
1) Fork Brace / beefier triple tree http://www.rswracing.com/
(Good and Cheap-BBR is OOBER expensive!)

2) Tire options...we used DOT tires...Avon Venoms...and they are nice. They will get you through a couple of seasons. IF you want to drop the ching and get super moto wheels right away, the cheapest place to find the rims is http://store.eastcoastwheels.com/listedbysize.html
You will want a 2.5x17 front and 3.5x17 rear w/buchanan spokes and the stock hubs...that's the "hot" set up these days. No one makes an aftermarket hub for the TTR yet so you have to use the stock ones.

3) Fork Springs and oil...stiffer and heavier. I know Joker Machining makes them.
4) Stiffer rear spring (same as above)

That should be enough to get you started!
Of course then there's flywheel litening by procycle out of Oregon, engine mods and what not....YZ carb mod.....on and on!
Most of all have fun!!!!

Here's all I know:
http://www.ttr125l.com/yz_suspension.htm

Check out Thumper Talk for all kinds of TTR info.

Oh, and I just noticed your TT-R is an '01....IF I remember correctly those had an issue with the hubs breaking....Mike (Hawker) can verify that though...I know it was pre-2003 having issues...That may be vital info for you!!!
I am not clear on all the dirt upgrades, but regardless if you decide to stick with the stock forks, you should look into the fork brace and triple clamp...they make a huge difference. I am sure Mike will give you all the info he has once he sees this.

Congrats on the new bike. These little bikes are tons of fun.
The first thing you will want to do is rejett if you are having any trouble starting or it has to warm up forever. You will need a 17.5 pilot and a 110 main. Turn the fuel air screw all the way in and then turn it back out 2.5 turns. Open up the air box also. It is all covered in sticky post at TumperTalk.com in the TTR section.

Anouther problem is that the 00 and 01 have weak rear hubs. If you plan on doing any jumping the hub will not last long. However the previos owner may have already replaced it. A easy way to find out is to take a rear sprocket off
a 02 or newer and see if it fits. If it does the hub has been replaced and you won't have any worries.

I would take care of those 2 things first then worry about other stuff. Just the jetting alone will give you anouther half a pony plus better throttle response.

Good luck the visit ThumperTalk for more info.

I am not sure about the pattern, that's a little beyond me right now.
I noticed that I didn't read your wheel swap post very well....my bad. But yes you can just swap out the different wheels. We have three sets of wheel assy's...(rims, hubs etc). One for dirt, ice and motard. That way if we decide we want to run dirt in the summer, Mike just pulls the motard wheels off and throws on the knobbies....piece of cake!
PSI???? If they are not flat, we run 'em!!! hehehe....
