Default Need MX advice: Taking Ruts

Like the title said... I need help on how to take ruts
I've already asked the guys I ride with and I haven't recieved my MX DVD yet, so I thought I'd post just to see what other advice I could get

I had a great time at the track this weekend but I had a lot of trouble ridin' through the ruts. I can't seem to get my front end to stay in the rut so I can go faster through them

I only crashed once though - hit the sand, front end shook like crazy before flipping me over the bars

Thanks in Advance!

The best way I found to take them is to stand up on the pegs with a little weight over the front to help keep it down.

In the sand it's a little different, keep the weight in the rear.

My way any way,I only crashed 3 gazillion times.

My problem this weekend was that the ruts were through the tight turns and the sweeper

I stayed straigh up in the front straight but those rutted corners killed me
