Default Dirtbike

Im looking for an affordable dirtbike, probably like 125 or 250 to screw around with and work on for fun. Something that can take a beating, too! Whats a good contender? Under $1500 would be the best. Thanks for any input

Keep your eyes open, the 125 two strokes are everywhere and selling cheap!!! You can get some pretty good deals on them right now...I am not sure why though.

I sold my truck and have no way to carry my dirt bike around so have been trying to sell it.. 99 Husqvarna CR125,,but seeing as I no longer have a truck I couldn't meet you halfway,, not sure if it would be worth your time and gas to come to all the way to Florida for a bike..

2-strokes are cheap now because of the AMA racing rule that allow 250 4-strokes to race against 125 2-strokes and 450 4-strokes to race against 250 2-strokes the manufacturers are going to stop producing 2-strokes., Which is all being pushed by the EPA because they want to get rid of all 2-strokes.
