Default Beaver Run Supermoto Races

I know there isnt alot of people in this section of this site but ill inform everyone i can. I live north of pittsburgh PA, and there is a local track that people come to from all over. Beaver Run motorsports. http://www.beaverun.com/ On 9/29 and 10/13 they are having supermoto races. I went last year for an open track day, they have a long sport bike track, and they run the supermoto on the cart track, no dirt yet. Its only a half hour away from me so i try to hit that track as much as i can to watch, i myself dont have a supermoto, but i love it. There are some open practice days also i know of. If anyone is close and would like those dates let me know. I will be going to both races on those two dates. should be a blast
Here are some pics from last years open practice....

I hope this is OK with the mods - going to the Forums has been a good way to get in contact with the riders as we try to build up the Supermoto program at BeaveRun.

Anyway, we added a Supermoto only practice on the Wilson Circuit for the Monday of Labor Day weekend - September 3rd. This is an asphalt only practice from 9-3. No sharing - six hours of nothing but Supermoto open track time for just $30 per rider.

This is kind of a test run to see if the numbers are there to justify more Supermoto track time this fall and in 2008. Hopefully we'll see a good turnout!

Hey, are you the same one on Thumpertalk? Is there just those two races left for the year? The schedule on the website doesnt seem to be the best... i liked the open track days, practice. Those arent on the schedule.

Same one, yep.

Sorry about the schedule - it sounds silly but you actually have to check the kart schedule to see about practice. Go to the Karting page then click on Practice Schedule in the left-nav area of the website. Check closely though as some kart practice days that run the day before a kart race are kart only practices.

Two Races left - The 3 day event at the end of September and then one in October a few weeks later from what I recall.

Practice this Monday for sure then a few others on the schedule already. Maybe more if the turnout is good on Monday.

BTW - Where do the Pittsburgh or Cleveland Supermoto riders hang out online? It seems like everyone that comes here to ride is from somewhere other than here!

Good for you guys!!! I wish you were a little closer. It sounds like an AWESOME deal for track time! The track in Shawano is $50 for a day of riding. Great pricing! Maybe we can get out there some day.

Here is the lin to the ESMRA page with the schedule and what not. We don't actually run the event - ESMRA handles that. We just provide the venue for the races:
