Default Some words

Did I like forum dumb another on it post retard a like this reading time ass sweet your took you since. (now read it backwards)

In all seriousness, I can't believe people caught so many feelings over the Daniel Craig incident to the extent that a friend of a friend that moved cross country met someone on the other board and I told him the story, he told this guy about me saying it was me when it wasn't me and the dude said he remembered it and it wasn't funny at all.......That in tiself is what made the whole thing so funny.

I was on this forum when most of you guys started coming over here last year, but I was stupid and put in my email addy as a screen name! That's why I didn't post over here much but I was reinvited for a 2nd time so I figured it's a sign....

Anybody have any good burger ideas? I make a mean buffalo burger with blue cheese etc. But I'm in a rut. I need to do something different next time I fire up the grill.

Thanks in advance.

As crazy as it sounds, my wife makes them in a toaster oven!! They come out very very good though, real juicy. I thought she was nuts 1st time I saw her doing it.

My buddy gave me a good recipe for Elk Burgers, I suppose you could apply it to bison as well due to how lean it is:

1 lb ground meat, place in mixing bowl

add one egg, 2 if you feel it needs it

throw in some oatmeal

add mexican style shredded cheese

mix up together, form into patties, grill.

Yeah, I got one for Elk Burgers (bison would work too since it is lean)

take the meat and put in a bowl, add one to two eggs, mix.

mix in oatmeal

mix in mexican style shredded cheese

form into patties.

Grill

It helps the meat stick together due to the natural leaness of it.

I got some elk from a buddy and he didn't have it cut with any pork fat.
