I think the Adventures look cool, but they sound like shit and they're too fucking big. If I wanted an adventure bike, I'd get the KTM 950. That thing is fucking hot.. and it's a twin so it sounds much better. I wouldn't wear one of this Motorrad adventure pajamas all the BMW guys wear, that's for sure.

Why do all BMWs sound like ass?

I hate this. Just because you have met a BMW car person who is a**holes, you think BMW Motorcycle people are a**holes too... But guess what, they aren’t. They are a good group of people. Who like to ride around, camp, and go around the country? They ride their bikes everywhere. BMW Motorcycle people are good people. They don’t complain about everything, they don’t think they are better then you just because they ride a BMW, and they surly don’t look down at another brand, unlike some motorcycle people do. BMW welcomes any brand to their rallies. As long as you behave, and don’t cause too much trouble. So, if you ever get a chance. Go to a BMW Motorcycle rally and hang out, sit by the camp fire, stay up late, drinking, and talk about the adventures you have been on, or are planning… Don’t except anyone to be go going to bed before 10pm.

I know some cool BMW riders, but most are pricks.

They won't even talk about their bike because honestly......I don't think they know shit about them.

I only know one guy that owns a BMW that turns a wrench on it........

We have that here. I just don't participate. I've met a couple decent dudes. But, when one of their events comes up I can't really say I want to hang out with most of the people. I'm not good in groups, anyway.

How about you actually give some weekends to come visit?

Come here for the AMA Superbike race in the summer?

Come for the Indy Car race in July. I'll get you hooked up.

I am taking Motogpfan to Indianapolis 500 Pole Day Qualifying with pit passes and the whole 10 yards
