Hey, did either of you guys ditch your oil breather box and go with a little filter? Any significant downside?

Don't, you'll have fuckn oil all over your engine case..

If you decide to run pods you can put a small element filter on but keep it high above the motor. I kept the stock hose going to the top and zipped it to the velocity stack with a small element filter.

I was going to run a length of hose capped with a small element filter and zip tie it up underneath the seat, near the coil mount. I run above 6k quite a bit; my wife runs above 6k A LOT!

On Saturday, I was running my bike around 90 for several miles on the express way.

No oil on engine.
