If the pour point is in the -50 to -60 degree F range, then it is a full synthetic Group IV or V

If the pour point is -40 F or warmer, then it is a mineral based synthetic...or Group III.

This is all per that George guy from the DML and Multistrada.net.

The Amsoil looks like a Type IV or V since it's pour point is -51 F.

I like MX4T...but that's partially because its in all my bikes and I don't want to change them all!
