so far, nothing has been posted that crosses the legal definition, namely:

(2) published to third parties; and

The key part is #3. If any of the individuals discussing things here sincerely believes that what he is saying about another person is true, then it cannot be defamation.

So what it comes down to is that everyone needs to assert that what he or she is posting is true and that it is a sincere belief. That's all.

So far, I have reason to believe everything I've posted. It is a summary of everything that has happened to me or has been spoken to me or what I have personally observed.

Thats generally fine, but it comes down to our (SBNs) attorney and that of the DMLs if it comes down to it. Guess what the end result would be. That said the discussion publicly of what you "believe" is the status of the DML and Monsterparts is over. Pretty clear isnt it? I still will be cleansing posts. Ill side on the side of catution rather than having to deal with letters from anyones legal counsel, thank you very much.

I dont want to harsh anyones good time but I still have a responsibility to this website and I do take that seriously.
