I didn't keep that many tabs on what was going on with you to be honest, I paid attention to DT because I know him.
Honestly, I think you got someone's attention with all the thread jacking and then your pieces of art became a little risque. I may not have it right but I believe at one point you were a little less than magnanimous when being given a "time out".
What I find concerning is that people don't seem to know why they were banned. Doesn't that seem, well, bad to you guys?

The other thing that was considered was how much people were posting in other parts of the board and actually adding value to the DML. If you spent 90% of your time in TOSAT and then you're more likely to get banned than someone that spends 40% of their time in NMC.

At the time I was banned, about half of my posts were outside of NMC, and a good number of them were tech articles and such.
ah well.

The thing that always made me laugh when a mod over there brought this up is that Ducpainter and Slowpoke (the two main stars of TOSAT) have a total of just over 18000 posts together in NMC. Just a tad hypocritical, ya think?

That is pretty comical actually.
I had several PM conversations with Dicpainter over how worthless Mostro Bella was and why they allow people to be on a motorcycle forum without any knowlege or desire to own one.
He goes "All are welcome on this forum. It does not matter if you ride or don't ride. Everyone is welcome."
So then the "you must contribute" sticky comes up.
Then after the NMC Bannings, that thread disappeared.
That pissed me off. |
