The "owners" posted up that if you do not contribute to the better part of the DML (tech, mods, racing, etc) then you have no business on the board.

That goes against what I have been told in the past regarding who can be a member and who can't. All are welcome.

Well, they whacked about 7 of us from NMC Posting.

If you are going to run a board, run it legitment.

Make the rules for all members the same.

I dont think its much a Hooligan or Michael thing. Its the Mods, they feel they are doing right but its the cost they havent taken into account. Some may even have gotten drunk with power, it is kind of intoxicating to have peoples access at your fingertips. It requires a delicate balance of deciding when to just say something to the offender rather than pulling the trigger. Unfortunately over there it seems to be a shoot first, maybe ask questions later.
