I spent 6 years as a Boiler Technician in the Navy. The rate no longer exists. It's now called a Machinist Mate. A basicaly do the same thing now as a civilian working in a powerplant.

Don't confuse me with a ammo troop, unlike them I do the real work by loading the damn bombs/missiles/gun in any weather on any jet. Pilots be warned, wouldn't it be a nightmare trying to fire or drop your munitions and nothing happens??? Can't wait to see chatter from this,LOL.
