Scratch, I'm don't know what your specific experiences were with Bob so I can't speak to them directly. However, if a customer has an issue of any sort, we always try to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. We make mistakes sometimes. We're human after all. What's important, we believe, is what we do to fix our mistakes.
