Scratch, I'm don't know what your specific experiences were with Bob so I can't speak to them directly. However, if a customer has an issue of any sort, we always try to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. We make mistakes sometimes. We're human after all. What's important, we believe, is what we do to fix our mistakes.

If you've had a recent issue, Scratch, I'd be more than happy to have someone from Bob's contact you directly. PM me your info and what the issue is and we can work to resolve it.

Thanks, Daniel. As I stated previously, the staff members I know/have known at Bob's are all great people. My experiences with your boss go back to the mid-1990's; I presume that was well before you joined the dealership.

Some more info from our sales manager:

We are hoping to have our demo here sometime in December. The test rides will have a few requirements, you must be 26 years old, have a motorcycle endorsement on a current valid license, we make sure you have the appropriate experience, and there is a credit card deposit taken during the ride which is voided if all goes well and the bike comes back as new. If anything happens you pay for the repairs as your insurance likely doesn't cover it and we will not file a claim. We of course require you obey all the
rules of the road and wear the appropriate motorcycle gear which we also have to lend if needed. As always we make the final call but since most dealers won't let you ride this doesn't seem to bad and our insurance company requires it.

And it'll be back in time for the UBR2 raffle drawing (so you might even be able to walk out the door with it!).
