Default can someone help me out with this?

i'm going to be getting a bike soon and i'm having a tough time deciding between the ninja 250 and 500. I was wondering if anyone could throw some helpful hints my way on either of the 2 and what i should go with. I will be riding it to and from school, work, and for pleasure. My fiance will most likley ride on it some (once i'm ready). I'm 6' and weigh 175 if that matters.

well any help would be great.

thanks

Marshall

either bike would be good as a first bike, you might try sitting on both and see how they feel to you.
You might want to check out the new rider section and look over the "stickies".

Get the 500; it will last you longer and will be more capable once you take your lady for a ride. Also, you can ride the 500 on freeways or open highways much better and the thing still gets 50 MPG. Even though I have moved on to a 600 I still have my 500 and I love the thing for commuting and runing erands. Good luck and you will like either but go with the 500.
