Default front end vibrations

does anyone know why my front end on my 05 nija 636 would vibrate under breaking, i replaced my break pads and bought a new front tire, it has never done this before, it doesnt do this all the time ...

it only does it once before i ride then until the day or next time i ride...

warped front disk. Lift front wheel off ground, spin wheel and look at the disks. If they move side to side your disks are bent. Probably due to a botched tire change. They can be bent back but that takes a dial indicator and patience. Anything over .004" ( a tad thicker than a piece of paper) can be felt through the brake lever.
