I've been lurking around this site for a while and decided to join. So much information and the site really kicks a$$!!

I recently got back into motorcycles after not having one for several years. I bought a 1995 Honda Magna VF750F a few months ago and I had fogotten how much I loved to ride. It's a great bike, and it has a little speed to it too

Now I realize it's not a sportbike, but one of the reasons I joined this site was to research my next purchase which WILL be a sport bike. My # 1FANTASY pick right now is the new BMW S1000RR. But with the gear assist and ABS takes it to about 17k. A alot of bike for that money, but still a big chunk of change. Maybe pick one up used in a few years.

I will most likely get a used CBR1000RR, an R1 or a Hayabusa. I want a bike that will do a sub 10 sec quarter after being modified. Not too much to ask of today's bikes. I'm leaning toward the Hayabusa because the aftermarket for that bike is simply incredible!!

Anyway here is my bike...

Thanks Hondajunkie!!!

Yeah, I LOVE the Busa's. I've been hanging around the suzukihayabusa.org forum for YEARS. Those guys are completely out of their minds and I love it...LOL. If you have a Busa with less than 300whp and 220mph you are SLOW on that forum. There are quite a few in the 500+ hp club on there. That is insane!!!

And you will not regret the Magna. I LOVE mine. Got it just to get back into bikes and shake the rust off. I will never get rid of it. Very smooth power band. Rock stable at 80mph on the highway and one of the most comfortable seating positions out there. And is great for passengers as well. I take my 15 year old daughter on nice slow cruises in the country and she loves it!!!
