The name's Mike, I don't own a bike just yet but I plan on getting one very soon, I work on cars so I wouldn't mind adding up a Kawasaki to the list ;). But yeah, good to be apart of SBN!

I travel to Hampton for a class at TNCC, so we're not far from each other at all (I live in Williamsburg).

You should be able to find a bike for a decent price this winter if you've got the funds now. Prices aren't usually as high as they would be during summer.

and im not too sure...If i buy new then i'd be the only one to mess it up...but if i buy used, i wont pay as much BUT i might be getting someone else's problem lol
I used to go to williamsburg all the time...it used to b a long drive for me but now its like im goin down the street lol

Yeah when I was younger, I thought Hampton was a little lengthy drive. But now I go to school there and it's no biggie.

But yeah, getting a new bike is rewarding in a sense that no one else has ridden it and it's not abused. But if you've got someone that knows what they're talking about, you can find a really good used bike.
