Howdy all! I have been a long time lurker (and will probably mostly lurk) but I wanted to introduce myself. I have a 2005 SV650S with almost 15K miles on it that I bought new in 2005. I ride more than I do most things and I had my first accident after I put 4 miles on her. I took the MSF course and that is what I credit with me keepin her upright when I got rear-ended (first accident). I'm one of "those freaks" that named my bike, Her name is Dessirea or Des for short. Just wanted to say "Howdy" and also "Sorry" cause I tend to think faster than I type and say the first thing outta my head. Well looking forward to chattin with ya'll!!! Ride safe and keep it Rubber side DOWN and shiney side UP!!!!

Nearest "big" city is Wichita, but that is bout 30-60 minutes away depending on the way I ride. Middle of no where is as close as I can describe my addy. out of Milton. Directions to my house include, Turn OFF the paved road LOL!! AND the rest depend on the grazing habits of my neighbors cattle hehehe. Why do ya ask Silent?

damn, man, that is really in the middle. had me chuckling at the directions. I live in Johnson County in a city called Shawnee, a suburb of KC. I was curious as to how far you were.
