The 5th gen. (98-01) is way better than the Vtec will ever be, although I do like the styling ques of the 6th gen. (02-present). I haven't actually rode an
06 but you might check at www.vfrdiscussion.com for more info. My guess is that someone around there has rode one and very possibly a couple of owners. Good luck.
