It's not too bad for changing coolant and clutch fluid but I'ld get a fluid vac for the brakes otherwise it's hard to bleed them really well due to the Linked Brake System (LBS). Due to the LBS there is an extra zerk or two to bleed (under the plastic) beside what is at the calipers. I think Autozone and others get about $25-35 for a vac bleeder but it take a lot of the work out of it, esp. with the VFR. If your at 10000 you just as well do it now if you plan on putting more than 2-3000 on this season or you'll be doing it mid season or waiting. These fluids are essential to good operation so don't wait until forever to change. While the new fluids aren't breaking down as easily comparitively they still breakdown and collect moisture over time. Good luck.
