Either siphon the coolant out or disconnect the hose at the top, remove the tank, and dump it out. Crap will collect at the bottom, so removing it gives you the opportunity to rinse the crud out.

Or run your bike without coolant for just a few mins so the oil heats up a bit. Then shut the engine off and it will slowly suck the coolant reserve into the main system, at which time it can then be drained out of the bottom radiator tube.
