Default charging problems

ok everyone im having alot of trouble trying to figure out wat is wrong with me 2004 r6 ...ok here i go...if i go out to the garage and start the bike and i test the voltage it reads about 13.7 around about so i will go ride and when the bike warms up ill come back and test it and it is about 12.5 at idle but i rev it and its about 13.3 but if i have the high beams on it goes to 12.2and when the fan kicks on it goes to 11.9 not only this problem but when im riding it for about a halfhour the bike will shut off when when i dont have any rpms or pull the clutch in and it wont run right until i turn the key off and right back on and then its like nothing was ever wrong with it. i have bought a volt regulator and nothing has changed about what is happening so any help would be a life saver rather than pay 70dollars a hr...hit me up thanks everyone
