Default 2001 gsxr 750 not charging, will run off battery
hello, i have a problem with my gsxr. it isnt charging. i have changed the battery twice, changed the stater, and it's still running off the battery. if i charge the battery overnight the bike will run for a couple hours. i'll ride on the freeway and suddenly the gauge cluster will shut down like the bike is off. finally i'll get it home check the battery and it's dead. does anyone know what i should do at this point?
i need help.

do you know how to use a voltmeter? do you have one?
Most likely ( if your wiring is original no strange modifications ) it could be your regulator/rectifier. There is a way to check that.
